When will my parcel be dispatched?

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order being placed - Monday to Friday, and take 2-3 days to reach you. 


What are the delivery charges? 

Our postage works by weight of product and is automatically calculated. 

£3.95 - Under 2KG = Standard UK delivery (UK mainland and British Isles delivery) within 2- 3 working days.

£4.95 - Over 2KG = Standard UK delivery (UK mainland and British Isles delivery) within 2- 3 working days.

We don’t currently offer next day delivery options. 

Please be aware that the delivery timescales are indicative and there may be delays in the delivery network that are outside our control.


Returns and refunds

How do I return an item?

We really do understand if you change your mind or what to exchange for an item and want to make the process hassle free. Follow the 3 step process below to return, refund or exchange. 

  1. We would like you to be happy with your purchase but if there’s something wrong with your item and you would like your money back or to exchange an item, please tell us within 30 days of receiving your order (*subject to the exceptions below). 
  2. Email us at hello@chemohairlosscoach.com providing details of your order to allow us to identify your purchase.
  3. Please return products by packing them securely (in the original packaging where possible) with a copy of your receipt (that was sent via email) and reasons for refund or exchange.You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. When returning items, please retain proof of postage. Send to the address below.

When will I receive a refund or replacement?

Purchased Items

Most people receive their replacement or refund within 5 days of us receiving a request (and or items back in the post). Once your items have been received back:

We will refund the sums paid for the item including delivery costs; or supply a replacement. 

We want this to be as easy as possible for you so if you have any questions please do get in touch.

 

What items are excluded from the returns and refunds policy?

We will happily refund or exchange any item that is unworn and unused. Below is some further guidance:

*Please note that we cannot exchange or refund unless the following conditions are observed:

  • Scarves, headwear, fringes and accessories unless unworn and the tags still in place
  • Cosmetics, toiletries and towels – we will accept returns if they are in a saleable condition with unbroken seals and packaging.

We are committed to delivering a high standard of service and love to hear your recommendations and comments. If you're unhappy with any aspect of our work and feel you need to complain, we’d like to hear about it.

Please provide the full details of your recommendation, comment or complaint.  If your complaint is about an existing order, please quote your full contact details, the date of your order and your order number. We aim to respond to all complaints about online shop orders within 5 working days, if we need to take longer, we will let you know.
